Delete your MilliSprout account
You can delete your MilliSprout account and everything in it at any time. It's free and it takes less than a minute.
In the app
- Open MilliSprout and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the button.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you're signed out.
Want to keep a copy first? In Settings → Your data & privacy, tap Download my data (JSON) before you delete.
What gets deleted
Everything linked to your account is removed permanently:
- your sign-in (email, or the link to your Google account)
- your age range, country, settings and plant names
- check-ins, practices, reflections, quiz answers and real-life uses
- saved lessons and growth memories
- coach conversations
- your garden, flowers, items, credits and purchases
We don't keep a copy. Backups held by our hosting provider expire on their normal schedule (within 30 days), and then the data is gone from them too.
If you can't sign in
Email us at millisprout@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and write "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. We may ask a question to make sure the request comes from you.
